Before we go in, I like to be on the same page about the culture we set in our coaching sessions!
Culture of Our Sessions
🍿 Many of my clients come from a habit of people-pleasing. This could even come up in our sessions where you try to accommodate ME! If I notice it happening, I will reflect this to you.
🍿 I will interrupt if I feel we are going off-piste or I have grasped your point already. I like to ensure you’re squeezing every drop of juice out of our sessions. 🧃💦 Please let me know if you prefer me not to.
🍿 Feelings are welcome. I don’t try to fix you or save you. I want to role model that it’s safe and acceptable to feel your feelings. You might cry, shake, fall silent, get angry…. I celebrate this, and I won’t interrupt prematurely.
🍿 Everything is confidential. In other words, I won't tell people you are my client. I won't share details of your journey with anyone.
🍿 We are in collaboration. Yes, I will guide you but I also encourage self-responsibility! Let me know if something doesn’t feel good or you wanna shift focus. Maybe something feels repetitive, or irrelevant, or too fast. TELL ME :) This is your journey. Let’s make it a deep and juicy one.
🍿 If things are feeling mis-aligned in our sessions, let’s absolutely talk about it! I really care that you get the value out of this you desire. 🤗
Rescheduling Sessions & Refunds
🍿 Please give me 12 hours notice for rescheduling a session. If it’s less, I may need to forfeit the session. (I’m also human and I know life happens!). ♥️
🍿 Unfortunately I do not offer refunds, however you are welcome to transfer your sessions to someone else. Alternatively, email me if you’re having concerns, or if there’s been a big life event - which impacts your commitment….
🍿 …. If you suddenly can’t commit to this journey, I understand. I am happy to honour our sessions within 12 months of us starting. After 12 months, I will simply recalculate how many sessions you have left based on my updated coaching rate (which increases annually).
🍿 All unused sessions expire after 2 years.
Terms of Sessions
🍿 We may overrun sessions by 10 minutes, so try not to schedule something straight after. I will not go over that. If needs be, you can message me with follow up questions or requests! 🤳🏻
🍿 Please do not take your sessions ‘on the go’ or from your workplace. My clients have repeatedly told me how much more they take from our sessions, when they feel safe and comfortable at home!
🍿 If you’re on a coaching package, we’ll have asynchronous communication on email or Whatsapp. Please don’t send me voice notes (or keep them short), I prefer texting. ❤️ I will likely send you voice notes in reply :) I’ll reply at least twice a week (usually Tuesdays and Fridays). 🍿 I don’t usually need to exercise this — but to prevent a lot of client texting over an indefinite period of time (😅), I cap async support to 4 months (for the 8 session package) or 2 months (if it’s 4 sessions). This is calculated from date of payment. If you would like to extend your async support, message me :)
🍿 If you renew and we start another Coaching Journey, we would start a fresh batch of async support, don’t worry.
🍿 You have the option to record our sessions if you would like to have a copy.
🍿 I will set homework in between sessions. Do make time for it! I am always happy to kick your butt and make you accountable ;)
🍿 I encourage you to schedule sessions every 2 weeks to get the most out of our coaching. Ultimately, it’s your responsibility to schedule. Do use the scheduling link. Please try not to email me about scheduling, unless you cannot find a time in the scheduling link.
🍿 If you want a session on the weekend or after 6pm UK time, there is a small added cost for this flexibility (£11). Please use this weekend & evening link to book it.
🍿 If we go over time and we are in the middle of a deep process - I may ask you if you would like to keep going and use a second session (assuming I am available to go over).
